Recognized as one of the most respected, accomplished and powerful black women executives in the music industry, Juliette has drawn on her vast experience with artists and staff to propel Alamo and Santa Anna’s meteoric market share growth and label profile as a fierce and savvy competitor.

Juliette has been instrumental in Alamo’s incredible success and is known for her prowess in breaking new artists. A gifted and experienced promotions executive, Juliette brings her natural leadership skills to the planning and progress of Alamo’s burgeoning roster of developing artists as well as Santa Anna’s vast network of label and artist partners.

Over the course of her 30 year career, Juliette has earned a reputation for being adept at handling talent, supporting her staff and paving a way for other women. She has been recognized by her peers in both Billboard and Variety’s Women In Music Power Lists, and Billboard’s R&B Hip-Hop Power Players for 2024. Ambitious and hardworking from the outset, Jones learned the ropes with simultaneous internships at legendary NYC radio station WBLS and urban powerhouse Arista Records. She landed her first official role with Jive Records in 1994 in Washington, DC as a regional promotions rep. Her early work cemented her position as a future heavy-hitter in the world of urban music.
