In her current role at BET, she heads up and oversees all music programming and strategy for multiple networks + platforms including BET HER, BET Jams, BET Soul, BET Hip Hop, BET Gospel, BET Caribbean, BET Canada, Pluto & SVOD. Breeze also leads negotiations and oversees branded music initiatives such as Amplified and curation of BET music playlists with their Digital Streaming partners including Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Tidal and Audiomack.
Breeze also manages Music & Celebrity Talent Relations, Talent Strategy and Talent Booking on a global network scale, across multiple departments, multiple platforms, and multiple networks (including Vh1). In her role, Breeze acts as a “Talent Whisperer” with years of strong relationships with superstar & emerging artists, film & television actors/celebrities, influencers, professional athletes, luminaries, etc. and their teams.
Breeze has been at Paramount Global (formerly Viacom), over 15 years and has worked on various productions/tentpoles, mega-specials, and festivals including: BET Awards, BET Experience, Hip Hop Awards, Black Girls Rock, VMAs, Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony, Hip Hop Honors, DIVAS, Vogue Fashion Awards, Soul Train Awards and more.
Breeze began her career at Radio One, Inc, managed the Talent Relations & Talent Booking for all platforms and products at Music Choice and was responsible for the launch and programming of SWRV – their first ever 24/7 interactive multi-platform, multi-genre video network.
