Femme It Forward is a groundbreaking, multi-format company dedicated to celebrating, educating, and empowering women. Through concerts, panels, original music, and mentorship programs, Femme It Forward creates platforms for women to amplify their voices both on and off stage.
Under Heather’s leadership, the company has launched powerful initiatives such as Next Gem Femme and MUSE mentorship programs, and released the acclaimed all-female compilation album Big Femme Energy Vol. 1. Heather has curated a wide array of signature events including the Give Her FlowHERS Gala, Femme It Forward High Tea, My Sister’s Keeper Summit, and Femmeland at Sea cruise — all designed to honor, uplift, and inspire women.
Heather also played a key role in developing the female VERZUZ battles and has produced major concerts and tours for iconic artists like Cardi B, Ciara, Brandy, Teyana Taylor, and Erykah Badu. With a deep passion for music, women’s empowerment, and philanthropy, Heather continues to break barriers and create transformative opportunities for artists, executives, and creatives alike.
