A native of Newark NJ, Angelo runs a full service public relations, marketing, and artist development firm and a deep and diverse client roster. He has worked with some of the top artists in the industry including the likes of Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Michael Jackson, Ginuwine, Roberta Flack, Dionne Warwick, and Kool & the Gang’s Robert Kool Bell. Angelo is a staunch believer in the notion that head-to-toe artist development is what is needed most to ensure longevity in an ever-evolving music industry.
Within the past year, Angelo has earned many honors. The neighborhood street where he grew up in Newark was renamed Angelo Ellerbee Way. He earned the top spot on the 2024 Out100 Storytellers list. Angelo received Presidential Honors from Joe Biden along with an honorary doctorate for his work within communities for over fifty years.
A longtime motivational author, Angelo Ellerbee has written the following books – “Ask Angelo”, “The Sense of Success” and his recent writing, “Before I Let You Go”, the latter which topped multiple charts within the Amazon Books platform.
