THE hottest in club in Cleveland was Mirage On The Water, owned by Dean Zapis. Everyone went there – artists, athletes, elected officials, business professionals, regular folk. You knew you were gonna have a good time because the hottest DJ in the city was there. DJ Bud McFarland was recognized for his turntable talents and was as well known as the celebrities who frequented the venue. A later DJ was Steph Floss, who went on to become the Cavs and LeBron’s DJ and is currently on Urban One’s WENZ 107.9.Who did you see there? When celebs were in town, you took them to The Mirage.
